Customer Service

We value your comments and suggestions, and welcome any questions you may have. Please use our Contact Us section of the website with questions or concerns.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason an unused selection does not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days for a product refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ProArt Panels or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

For a multiple product order, we will make every effort to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt regardless of the number of boxes or shipments used.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that is on file with the credit card company. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed.

We accept only credit cards for orders made online.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. We use 3rd parties to process your credit card transaction. These organizations agree to use your information only for the purposes of conducting the transaction and communicating with you about that transaction. 

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the ProArt Panels site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. 

Mailing List

We deeply value your privacy, and thus do not share our mailing list with anyone. If you decide that you would no longer like to receive our catalog or emails on special events, discounts, new products and new Featured Artists, please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. EDM Enterprises, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If your order is declined in full or in part, EDM Enterprises, LLC will refund the corresponding portion of your payment.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error EDM Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EDM Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, EDM Enterprises, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a EDM Enterprises, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EDM Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EDM Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EDM Enterprises, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
